		<description><![CDATA[Every time I close it and 5 min. Or so goes by and I open it again it says it's still running and I have to shut my pc down and start all over again. And when I setup my network pcs and watch them, and then I close everything and come back later to look at them again they wont connect I don't know why, so I uninstall it and reinstall it again and it works and that's all I can remember for now but please tell me where I can go to for support, and is there a return policy.]]></description>
